Follow the package directions to bake brownies and allow them to cool completely. Trim off the edges and toss them out.

Break brownies into chunks and pulse in a food processor. Add cream cheese and keep going until smooth.

Spoon out tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined tray. Freeze them for 20 to 30 minutes.

Shape the chilled mixture into rounds about 1 inch big. Freeze again for 10 minutes.

Heat the white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts (30 seconds, then 15 seconds), and stir well after each time.

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, let the extra drip off, and sprinkle with chocolate while wet.

Store in the freezer. Before serving, leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
