Effortless Brownie Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tray (9x13) of baked fudge brownies.
02 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese.
03 - 16 ounces white melting chocolate wafers.
04 - Sprinkles of chocolate for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to bake brownies and allow them to cool completely. Trim off the edges and toss them out.
02 - Break brownies into chunks and pulse in a food processor. Add cream cheese and keep going until smooth.
03 - Spoon out tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined tray. Freeze them for 20 to 30 minutes.
04 - Shape the chilled mixture into rounds about 1 inch big. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
05 - Heat the white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts (30 seconds, then 15 seconds), and stir well after each time.
06 - Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, let the extra drip off, and sprinkle with chocolate while wet.
07 - Store in the freezer. Before serving, leave them at room temperature for about 5 minutes.

02 - Chill after working on each step.
03 - Decorate while the chocolate hasn’t dried.
