Potato Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes, already made.
02 - 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, thick and creamy.
03 - 24 oz of vanilla-flavored almond bark.
04 - Sprinkles to add on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment or foil to cover the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.
02 - Microwave the almond bark for 30 seconds at a time. Stir every round until smooth and melted.
03 - Add in the mashed potatoes and condensed milk. Mix everything together until it’s even.
04 - Pour the combined mixture into the dish you lined earlier.
05 - Evenly scatter the sprinkles over the top.
06 - Place in the fridge for about 2 hours. Wait until it firms up.
07 - Cut it into portions and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Start with instant potatoes that are already prepared.
02 - Chilling is key to making it firm.
03 - Keep it stored in the fridge.
