Use parchment or foil to cover the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.

Microwave the almond bark for 30 seconds at a time. Stir every round until smooth and melted.

Add in the mashed potatoes and condensed milk. Mix everything together until it’s even.

Pour the combined mixture into the dish you lined earlier.

Evenly scatter the sprinkles over the top.

Place in the fridge for about 2 hours. Wait until it firms up.

Cut it into portions and dig in!
