Set your oven to 400°F. Put down parchment paper on a baking sheet with edges.

Combine pretzels, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Spread evenly over the parchment-lined tray. Bake for 5–7 minutes, letting them crisp up. Let them cool down all the way.

Use a hand mixer and beat the cream cheese until it's soft and fluffy. Slowly add heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks hold their shape.

Gently fold in the pineapple and most of the cooled pretzels, saving some for topping. Mix until it all comes together.

Spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle the extra pretzels on top or serve in smaller cups with whipped cream, pretzels, and pineapple as garnishes.
