Fluffy Pineapple Pretzel Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp.
02 - 2 cups heavy cream.
03 - 1 cup fluffy powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 can (20 oz) of crushed pineapple, drained thoroughly.
06 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
08 - 1 cup large, chopped pretzel pieces.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F. Put down parchment paper on a baking sheet with edges.
02 - Combine pretzels, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Spread evenly over the parchment-lined tray. Bake for 5–7 minutes, letting them crisp up. Let them cool down all the way.
03 - Use a hand mixer and beat the cream cheese until it's soft and fluffy. Slowly add heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks hold their shape.
04 - Gently fold in the pineapple and most of the cooled pretzels, saving some for topping. Mix until it all comes together.
05 - Spoon into a serving dish. Sprinkle the extra pretzels on top or serve in smaller cups with whipped cream, pretzels, and pineapple as garnishes.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to press out all the extra juice from the pineapple.
02 - Add pretzel pieces right before eating so they stay crunchy.
03 - Fresh pineapple works if it's finely chopped.
