# Ingredients:

01 - Two cups pecans, chopped.
02 - 8 oz cheddar, shredded.
03 - Decorations: pretzels, olives, small tomato.
04 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 2-3 tbsp ranch seasoning.
06 - 1/3 cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip sour cream with softened cream cheese until creamy. Toss in shredded cheese and ranch seasoning.
02 - Spoon the mix out onto plastic wrap and form into a ball. Chill for 4-6 hours while wrapped tightly.
03 - Coat the cheese ball in chopped pecans by rolling it around until the surface is covered.
