Effortless Matcha Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup of whole-grain flour.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of quick oats.
03 - 2 teaspoons of matcha powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
05 - Half a cup of dark chocolate chips.
06 - One egg.
07 - 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
09 - 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 356°F. Get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients.
02 - Whisk the coconut oil with maple syrup and vanilla until mixed well. Break in the egg and blend.
03 - Stir the wet blend into the dry mix. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
04 - Let the mixture sit still for around 10 minutes.
05 - Scoop dough onto the prepared tray, press gently to flatten. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, watching for light browning on edges.
