Cool Whip Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers.
02 - 2 packages (11 oz each) of milk chocolate chips.
03 - 1 tub (8 oz) thawed Cool Whip.

# Instructions:

01 - Put chocolate chips in a bowl, microwave for 1 minute. Stir it, then heat for another 30 seconds.
02 - Let the melted chocolate sit out for about 20 minutes until it feels room temperature.
03 - Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment so it doesn’t stick.
04 - Carefully fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped topping until blended.
05 - Spread the mix evenly into the prepared pan.
06 - Pop it in the freezer and leave for half an hour.
07 - Slice into 36 small squares.
08 - Lay squares on a parchment-lined tray and freeze them for another 30 minutes.
09 - Follow the directions on the package to melt the chocolate wafers.
10 - Coat the chilled squares in melted chocolate, then put them on parchment to set.
11 - Store in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy.

01 - You can roll these into balls instead of cutting squares.

03 - These taste similar to a Three Musketeers bar.
04 - They’re best served cold from the freezer.
