Turn the oven to 350°F and get a 24-cup mini muffin pan greased up with spray.

In a big bowl, combine the sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder with a whisk.

Grab a smaller bowl and whisk together the yogurt, egg, butter, and vanilla. Add that mix into your dry ingredients and stir. Toss in the blueberries and fold everything together.

Pour the batter into the muffin pan little by little, filling most of each cup.

Let them bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the tops turn golden.

Stir together the powdered sugar, milk, and blueberry jam till it's smooth.

Dip the tops of the fritters in your glaze, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Set your oven to broil and slide them in for 3-4 minutes. Keep an eye to make sure they don't burn. Brush on extra glaze before serving.
