Effortless Blueberry Fritter Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (about) of frozen or fresh blueberries.
02 - 5.3 ounces of blueberry Greek yogurt, two containers.
03 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 6 spoons of butter, melted and ready.
06 - 1/3 cup milk or use your choice.
07 - Two teaspoons of blueberry jam.
08 - Two cups sifted powdered sugar.
09 - 2 teaspoons baking powder for the lift.
10 - One teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - A cup and a half of regular flour.
12 - 1/2 cup white sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F and get a 24-cup mini muffin pan greased up with spray.
02 - In a big bowl, combine the sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder with a whisk.
03 - Grab a smaller bowl and whisk together the yogurt, egg, butter, and vanilla. Add that mix into your dry ingredients and stir. Toss in the blueberries and fold everything together.
04 - Pour the batter into the muffin pan little by little, filling most of each cup.
05 - Let them bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the tops turn golden.
06 - Stir together the powdered sugar, milk, and blueberry jam till it's smooth.
07 - Dip the tops of the fritters in your glaze, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
08 - Set your oven to broil and slide them in for 3-4 minutes. Keep an eye to make sure they don't burn. Brush on extra glaze before serving.
