# Ingredients:

→ White Sauce

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
04 - 60 millilitres ranch dressing
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly

07 - 450 grams pizza dough
08 - Prepared white sauce
09 - 200 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
10 - 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
11 - 80 grams dill pickles, sliced or diced
12 - 60 grams bacon, cooked and diced
13 - Salt, to taste
14 - Black pepper, to taste
15 - Red pepper flakes, optional
16 - Fresh dill, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until garlic softens and becomes fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
02 - Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in fresh minced dill, ranch dressing, salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.
03 - Preheat oven to 245°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or place a pizza stone in the oven during preheating.
04 - Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a thin round, approximately 35 centimetres in diameter. Transfer dough to prepared baking sheet or a parchment-lined pizza peel if using a pizza stone.
05 - Spread prepared white sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a margin at the edge. Distribute mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, dill pickles, and diced bacon over the surface. Season lightly with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
06 - Bake for 10–12 minutes, checking from 8 minutes, until crust turns golden and crisp, and cheese has melted and developed golden spots.
07 - Remove pizza from oven and cool briefly. Slice and garnish with fresh dill just before serving. Enjoy while still warm.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use high-heat to achieve a crisp crust. A pizza stone enhances texture but is optional.
02 - Dry sliced pickles with a paper towel to prevent excess moisture on the pizza.
