Effortless Blue Curacao Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 cup of white cake mix.
03 - Blue sanding sugar or edible glitter if you'd like.
04 - 8 oz of chopped white chocolate.
05 - A couple of tablespoons of blue curacao.
06 - Optional: Blue gel food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the white chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler until it's silky and smooth. Let it cool down a bit.
02 - Stir together the cream cheese, cake mix, and blue curacao until it's totally creamy. Toss in food color if you're using it.
03 - Slowly blend the cooled chocolate with the cream cheese mix until everything's evenly combined.
04 - Pop the mix in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get firm.
05 - Grab a scoop and roll the mix into little balls. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment.
06 - Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate and let any extra drip off.
07 - While the chocolate's still wet, sprinkle some blue sugar or glitter on top.
