Stir together the cream cheese, cake mix, and blue curacao until it's totally creamy. Toss in food color if you're using it.

Slowly blend the cooled chocolate with the cream cheese mix until everything's evenly combined.

Pop the mix in the fridge for at least 2 hours to get firm.

Grab a scoop and roll the mix into little balls. Arrange them on a tray lined with parchment.
