Slice cheese sticks into smaller chunks about bite-size.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Place bread crumbs in another dish and flour in a separate one.

Dip each cheese piece first into the flour, then egg mix, and finish with a breadcrumb coating. Place them aside on a plate.

Fill a pan with about two inches of oil, and heat until it reaches 350°F. To check, dip the handle of a wooden spoon in—if it bubbles, you're good.

Carefully fry 5 to 7 pieces at a time for about 30 seconds. Don’t crowd them. Once golden, rest on paper towels.
