Easy Fried Cheese Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Vegetable oil, enough for frying.
02 - A dash of cayenne pepper, optional.
03 - A quarter cup of milk.
04 - Two big eggs.
05 - A cup of plain breadcrumbs, ideally Italian style.
06 - 1 cup of regular flour.
07 - 10 sticks of mozzarella string cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice cheese sticks into smaller chunks about bite-size.
02 - In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Place bread crumbs in another dish and flour in a separate one.
03 - Dip each cheese piece first into the flour, then egg mix, and finish with a breadcrumb coating. Place them aside on a plate.
04 - Fill a pan with about two inches of oil, and heat until it reaches 350°F. To check, dip the handle of a wooden spoon in—if it bubbles, you're good.
05 - Carefully fry 5 to 7 pieces at a time for about 30 seconds. Don’t crowd them. Once golden, rest on paper towels.
06 - Enjoy these while still hot, with marinara sauce on the side if you want.

# Notes:

01 - They taste best fresh, while the cheese is stretchy.
02 - Don't cook too many at once—they could stick together.
