Pizza Chips with Mozzarella (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 240 g shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 35 g pepperoni slices or diced turkey pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Place small heaps of shredded mozzarella onto the prepared baking sheet, allowing approximately 5 cm between each mound. Top each with a slice or a few pieces of diced pepperoni.
03 - Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until cheese is fully melted, bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
04 - Remove baking sheet from oven and allow chips to cool for 5 minutes on the tray. Once crisp, transfer to a serving plate.

01 - Ensure chips are completely cooled before serving to achieve maximum crispiness.
