Use a rolling pin to press the bread slices until they're really thin and soft. Set them aside afterward.

In a big bowl, toss together the chicken, peppers, onion, mustard, mayo, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place a scoop of this mix right in the middle of each piece of flattened bread.

Roll each one snugly over the filling. Use a toothpick to hold it together if it starts to unroll.

In a large pan, heat up olive oil on medium-high heat.

Coat every roll in the beaten egg before placing them in the pan.
