Peanut Butter Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
02 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
03 - 6 tablespoons room-temperature butter.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a microwave-safe bowl to heat peanut butter for 1 minute. Stir it halfway through to help it loosen and become easier to blend.
02 - Add the room-temperature butter to the softened peanut butter, and gently mix them together.
03 - Stir the brown sugar and powdered sugar into the bowl. These will give the perfect balance of sweetness and texture.
04 - Add a splash of vanilla essence to bring out a deeper flavor in the dip.
05 - Start mixing everything with an electric mixer on medium speed. Blend until the ingredients just start to come together, about 30 seconds.
06 - Turn the mixer to high and whip for about 1-2 minutes. Keep going until it’s airy, smooth, and fully combined.
07 - Stop the mixer and use a spatula to scrape down any mixture stuck to the sides or bottom of the bowl.
08 - Briefly mix everything again on medium to make sure the dip is velvety and perfectly blended.
09 - Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl. Pair it with snacks like pretzels, cookies, apple slices, or brownies, and dig in.
10 - If saving for later, cover it with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge. Leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
