Mix together instant coffee powder, granulated sugar, and water in a small pot. Warm it up slowly while constantly mixing until sugar completely melts and everything looks smooth. Don't let it reach boiling point.

Pour your coffee mix into a sealed container and stick it in the fridge for about 30 minutes so it gets nice and thick.

Once it's time to serve, dump the cold coffee mixture into a big punch bowl.

Pour in all the milk and stir it around. Then drop in scoops of both vanilla and chocolate frozen dessert. Give it a light stir but leave some chunks floating around to keep everything nice and cold.
