# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
02 - 3 tablespoons of butter.
03 - 3/4 cup of cream.
04 - 1/4 cup plain water.
05 - 1 cup of granulated sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sugar and water in a small pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally until the mixture melts and shifts to a golden-brown caramel shade.
02 - Carefully mix the cream in—it’ll bubble a lot, so be cautious. Keep stirring until everything looks smooth.
03 - Stir in butter and vanilla. It's ready to serve however you like.
