Bean Bacon Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 pieces bacon.
02 - 1/2 onion, chopped.
03 - 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed.
05 - 2 (10.5 oz) cans condensed mushroom soup.
06 - 1/4 cup milk.
07 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated.
08 - 4 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained.
09 - 1 1/2 cups crunchy fried onions.
10 - Salt and pepper as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Fry bacon till crispy then break into small bits.
03 - Sauté onions in the bacon fat until soft and clear.
04 - Toss in mushrooms and cook until they're browned nicely.
05 - Mix in garlic, soup cans, bacon crumbles, milk and cheese.
06 - Gently mix the green beans into everything.
07 - Sprinkle fried onions over the top.
08 - Pop in oven for 30 minutes until it bubbles.

# Notes:

01 - You can make this earlier in the day.
02 - Save the onion topping for right before baking.
03 - Make sure to really brown those mushrooms.
04 - This dish won't do well in the freezer.
