Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g ground turkey
02 - 150 g fresh cranberries
03 - 100 g breadcrumbs
04 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
05 - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon dried sage
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Binding & Moisture

11 - 2 large eggs
12 - 120 ml chicken broth
13 - Olive oil, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the breadcrumbs, fresh cranberries, finely chopped onion, celery, minced garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
03 - Add the ground turkey, eggs, and chicken broth to the mixture. Mix gently until the ingredients are fully combined without overworking the meat.
04 - Using moistened hands, form the mixture into balls approximately 2.5–4 cm in diameter.
05 - Arrange the stuffing balls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet, ensuring an even spacing for uniform cooking. Drizzle the tops lightly with olive oil.
06 - Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Remove the tray from the oven and let the stuffing balls rest for several minutes before transferring to a serving dish.

01 - For added flavour, substitute dried cranberries or blend in chopped fresh herbs.
