Cranberry Chicken Brie Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pre-made pizza crust

→ Toppings

02 - 1 cup (approximately 140 g) cooked chicken, shredded or substitute with leftover turkey
03 - 1/2 cup (120 g) cranberry sauce
04 - 225 g Brie cheese, sliced
05 - 1 cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup (60 g) red onion, thinly sliced

→ Seasoning & Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Arugula or fresh spinach for topping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 220°C. Alternatively, follow the pre-baking instructions provided with your pizza crust.
02 - Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and lightly brush with olive oil for enhanced crispness.
03 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly coat the shredded chicken with cranberry sauce.
04 - Evenly distribute the cranberry-chicken mixture over the crust. Arrange slices of Brie evenly on top, then scatter shredded mozzarella and sliced red onion.
05 - Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
06 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling and crust is golden brown.
07 - Allow the pizza to cool slightly before topping with arugula or spinach, if desired.
08 - Slice the pizza and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a crisper base, bake directly on a preheated pizza stone or baking steel.
02 - Brie can be used with or without the rind, according to preference.
03 - Substitute leftover roasted turkey for chicken for a seasonal variation.
