Chocolate PB Ritz Stacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48 butter round crackers.
02 - 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
03 - 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff.
04 - 1 pound chocolate for coating.
05 - Festive sprinkles (if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - First, put parchment paper all over your baking tray so nothing sticks when we're done.
02 - Lay out twenty-four butter crackers with some room between them on your lined tray.
03 - Grab a bowl and mix your peanut butter with marshmallow fluff until it's totally smooth.
04 - Take some of that peanut butter mix and smear it nicely on each cracker.
05 - Now put another cracker on each one and push down just a tiny bit to make little sandwiches.
06 - Put your chocolate in a bowl and nuke it bit by bit, stirring after each time until it's all runny.
07 - Drop each sandwich into the melty chocolate, turning with forks until it's coated and let extra drip off.
08 - While the chocolate's still wet, throw some colorful sprinkles on top if you feel fancy.
09 - Stick them in the fridge until the chocolate gets hard and doesn't melt on your fingers.

# Notes:

01 - Good for 2 weeks on the counter.
02 - Stays fresh 1 month when refrigerated.
03 - Lasts 4 months in freezer.
