13 - 2 tablespoons warm water.
14 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
15 - 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heat until melted, stir smooth, and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
02 - Combine dry ingredients: whisk together salt, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
03 - Whip eggs with sugar and vanilla until creamy, then fold in the cooled chocolate mix.
04 - Blend the dry mix into the wet one in two rounds, stopping when it's just mixed.
05 - Leave the dough to chill for an hour or until it's firm enough to handle.
06 - Prepare your oven by setting it at 325°F and line baking trays with parchment.
07 - Drop small dough scoops, about a tablespoon each, on trays keeping them 2 inches apart.
08 - Place cookies in oven for 10-12 minutes, letting the tops crack a bit.
09 - Stick a marshmallow half on each cookie, then give them 3 more minutes in the oven.
10 - Let cookies cool a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack.
11 - Whisk together the icing ingredients until smooth and silky.
12 - Drizzle icing over the marshmallow topping and sprinkle on decorations while wet.
