# Ingredients:

01 - 9 cups (900 g) Chex cereal (rice or corn variety)
02 - 1 cup (175 g) white chocolate chips
03 - 60 g unsalted butter
04 - 120 g cherry gelatin powder
05 - 60 g powdered sugar
06 - 1 package (99 g) instant cheesecake pudding mix
07 - 1 cup (130 g) dried cherries, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and unsalted butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
03 - Stir cherry gelatin powder into the melted chocolate mixture until thoroughly combined.
04 - Pour the cherry-chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently fold with a spatula or spoon until every piece is evenly coated.
05 - Combine powdered sugar and instant cheesecake pudding mix in a large zip-top bag. Add the coated cereal, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal is evenly covered.
06 - Spread the coated cereal onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely.
07 - Once the mixture is cool, incorporate chopped dried cherries and toss gently to distribute. Serve as desired.
