Four Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup parmesan, freshly grated.
02 - 8 ounces mozzarella, shredded.
03 - 4 ounces fontina, shredded.
04 - 1 batch of pizza dough.
05 - 1/4 cup olive oil.
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped.
07 - 1/3 cup feta, crumbled.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
09 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced.
10 - 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow your instructions to prep the pizza dough, making sure it rises properly.
02 - Stir together olive oil, sea salt, and minced garlic in a bowl to make the marinade.
03 - Coat the sliced tomatoes in your marinade and let them sit for about 15–20 minutes.
04 - Start preheating your oven to 400°F and place the baking stone inside roughly 6 minutes beforehand.
05 - Take your pizza crust and brush it all over with the oil mixture from the marinade.
06 - Spread shredded mozzarella and fontina cheese evenly over the crust.
07 - Layer the marinated tomato slices across the top of the cheeses.
08 - Scatter freshly chopped basil on top of the tomatoes.
09 - Sprinkle on grated parmesan as evenly as possible.
10 - Finish it off by adding the crumbled feta across the entire pizza.
11 - Move the pizza carefully to your preheated stone in the oven.
12 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, watching for golden edges and melted cheese.
13 - Keep an eye on it near the end to prevent overcooking.
14 - Take the pizza out once the crust is crispy and cheese is bubbling.
15 - Let it cool a little before cutting it into slices and serving.
