Cheesy Sausage Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 packet (8 oz) softened cream cheese.
02 - 1 lb raw spicy sausage.
03 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies, drained.
04 - 1½ cups of Bisquick mix.
05 - 2 cups of shredded Mexican-style cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it warm up.
02 - Combine everything in the bowl of a stand mixer with the dough hook until it's all blended.
03 - Roll small balls about 1 inch in size.
04 - Lay out parchment paper on your baking sheet and place the balls on top.
05 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until they get a nice brown color.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze uncooked for later if needed.
02 - Frozen ones take a little longer to bake.
03 - Perfect snack for gatherings.
04 - Works for breakfast or midday munchies.
05 - Use mild sausage if you don't want spicy.
06 - Pop leftovers in the fridge to keep them fresh.
07 - If no mixer, stir it all by hand.
08 - Be sure to drain Rotel well.
