# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 375°F and cover a baking tray with parchment.
02 - Shape each biscuit into a flat round using your hands or roll it out.
03 - Place a bit of pepperoni and mozzarella in the middle of the dough circle.
04 - Pull edges of the dough up and around the stuffing, pinching tightly to close.
05 - Combine the melted butter with garlic seasoning and herbs in a little bowl.
06 - Use a brush to spread butter mixture onto each dough ball.
07 - Place the balls seam-side down on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until they're golden.
08 - Serve warm with your favorite pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding chicken or veggies if you don’t want pepperoni.
02 - Seal the edges properly so no filling leaks out.
03 - Flash freeze before baking, and store for up to 2 months.
04 - Switch up the dip options with things like garlic butter or ranch.
05 - Don’t overstuff—they might pop open in the oven.
