Effortless Pimento Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of extra-sharp cheddar, shredded.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed.
03 - 6 oz diced pimento peppers (chop up if they're in strips).
04 - 1/3 cup mayo.
05 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 tsp onion powder.
08 - 1/4 tsp mustard powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp sriracha.
10 - Pinch of salt to suit your taste.
11 - Some freshly cracked black pepper.
12 - Crackers for dipping.
13 - Veggie sticks for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and mix all the ingredients with a stand mixer, handheld electric mixer, or just use a spoon. Stir until it’s well-blended but not completely smooth.
02 - Give it a quick taste. Add more salt, pepper, or even a pinch of cayenne if you want a spicier kick.
03 - You can eat it straight away or cover it up and pop it in the fridge for an hour (or even overnight). If you chill it, leave it on the counter for about 30 minutes to soften up before serving.
04 - Spoon it into a smaller bowl and dig in with crackers or fresh veggie sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Works as a dip or sandwich filling.
02 - Serve right away or chill for later.
03 - If chilled, let it soften at room temp before serving.
