Cheesy Garlic Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large tortillas.
02 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
05 - Salt and pepper as needed.
06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
07 - Fresh parsley leaves for topping (optional).
08 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
09 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
10 - 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella or cheddar.
11 - 2 cups pulled or diced cooked chicken.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up butter in a pan on medium heat, then cook garlic for 1-2 minutes until it smells great.
02 - Toss the chicken into the pan. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Stir, then heat through.
03 - Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and half the grated cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
04 - Remove the chicken from the stove and mix it into the cream cheese blend until it’s blended well.
05 - Spread each tortilla flat, then scoop equal amounts of chicken mix into the center.
06 - Use the rest of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on top of the filling.
07 - Fold the sides in and roll up each tortilla tightly.
08 - In a clean hot pan, toast the wraps for a couple of minutes on both sides until golden and melty.
09 - Top with parsley if you'd like, then dig in while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping the cheese with feta or goat cheese for a twist.
02 - Greek yogurt works great instead of sour cream if you’re looking to go lighter.
03 - Whip up the filling in advance and stick it in the fridge.
04 - Keep any extras in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
05 - Use the oven or skillet to warm leftovers—it keeps the crunch!
