Set your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.

Over medium heat, warm the cream cheese in a pot.

Blend in the ranch mix, black pepper, and onion powder.

Mix in the bacon, chicken, green onions, and just 1 cup of that cheddar.

Place the bottoms of the rolls across your baking pan.

Evenly spread the mixture of chicken over the rolls.

Sprinkle what’s left of the cheddar on top.

Put the tops of the rolls on and brush melted butter over them.

Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan and chives.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and let it bake 5-8 more minutes.
