Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C).

Toss beef in a skillet with the minced garlic until browned. Pour off the extra grease.

Stir both cheeses into your cooked meat mixture.

Stretch each biscuit flat, put some filling in the middle, then fold and pinch edges to close.

Set them on a paper-lined tray and coat with melted butter.

Pop in the oven for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden.
