Cheese Burger Dough Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced.
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed.
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough.
06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 375°F (190°C).
02 - Toss beef in a skillet with the minced garlic until browned. Pour off the extra grease.
03 - Stir both cheeses into your cooked meat mixture.
04 - Stretch each biscuit flat, put some filling in the middle, then fold and pinch edges to close.
05 - Set them on a paper-lined tray and coat with melted butter.
06 - Pop in the oven for 12-15 minutes till they turn golden.
07 - Give them a moment to cool down, sprinkle with parsley before eating.

01 - You can add a bit more garlic powder if you want a stronger kick.
