Cheesy Broccoli Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup crushed chips, any flavor works.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, split in half.
04 - 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking white rice.
05 - 4 cups fresh broccoli, diced up.
06 - 1/2 cup milk, whole or low-fat.
07 - 1 medium white onion, finely chopped.
08 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken, canned.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F to warm up.
02 - Follow the package instructions to prepare the rice.
03 - Melt butter in a large pan, then cook the onion and broccoli together.
04 - Stir in soup, half the Velveeta, and milk until the cheese melts in.
05 - Mix the rice into the creamy mixture, then pour everything into your dish.
06 - Layer the rest of the cheese and crushed chips over the top.
07 - Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes until it’s bubbling and golden.

01 - Frozen broccoli works too.
02 - Only add chips right before baking.
