Effortless Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground sausage.
02 - An 11.36-ounce package of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix.
03 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
04 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and set up a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the biscuit mix, seasoning from the packet, ground sausage, cheddar, and cream cheese. Use a mixer on low until it all sticks together.
03 - Shape the mix into little 1-inch balls and arrange them on your lined tray.
04 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they're golden. Let them cool off a bit before serving.
