Add chili powder and chunky salsa to the mix, stirring until it’s well blended.

Smooth the combined ingredients out across the baking pan evenly.

Spread a layer of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of everything.

Seal the dish securely with foil to trap in the heat.
