Christmas Caramel Popcorn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 cups popcorn cooked on the stove.
02 - 3/4 cup of butter that hasn't been salted.
03 - 1.5 cups of light brown sugar.
04 - A third of a cup of light corn syrup.
05 - Half a teaspoon of baking soda.
06 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
07 - Red and green coloring for food.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your popcorn on the stove, then split it between two big bowls.
02 - Turn your oven to 250°F and lightly coat two 9x13 pans with spray.
03 - In a pot, heat butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup together until they bubble.
04 - Keep the mix boiling for about 3 minutes while stirring nonstop.
05 - Take the pot off the stove and blend in vanilla and baking soda.
06 - Separate the caramel into two, then add red to one half and green to the other.
07 - Right away, pour the green and red caramel over the separate bowls of popcorn.
08 - Move the popcorn to the greased pans and bake for 45 minutes.
09 - While baking, give it a good stir every 15 minutes.
10 - Let it cool down 100% before bagging or digging in.
