Calabrian Chili Red Pepper Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Base

01 - 150–225 grams pizza dough ball
02 - Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

→ Sauce and Flavorings

03 - 80 millilitres marinara sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons crushed Calabrian chili paste
05 - 2 teaspoons fish sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - Honey, for finishing

→ Toppings

08 - 1 jar (450 grams) roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
09 - 85 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 85 grams shredded provolone cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 230°C.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch dough into a 25–30 cm circle. Place onto a baking tray. Lightly brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
03 - Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, then layer with Calabrian chili paste. Distribute sliced roasted red peppers over the surface. Drizzle with fish sauce and sprinkle dried oregano. Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
04 - Bake for 10–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
05 - Remove from oven. Add a pinch of dried oregano and drizzle with honey. Cut into slices and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier crust, bake pizza directly on a preheated pizza stone or steel if available.
