Buttery Chicken Pasta Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb diced chicken breasts.
02 - 2 spoons cooking oil.
03 - 4 spoons melted butter.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - Pinch of salt and pepper.
06 - 1 spoon Mediterranean herbs.
07 - Chopped fresh parsley.
08 - 12 oz spaghetti noodles.
09 - 2 spoons unsalted butter.
10 - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
11 - 1 cup whipping cream.
12 - 1 cup shredded parmesan.
13 - 1/2 cup chicken stock.
14 - Dash of salt and pepper.
15 - Extra flavored butter optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop pasta in bubbling salted water until tender.
02 - Warm oil in large skillet, toss in chicken pieces.
03 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, Mediterranean herbs. Brown for 8 minutes.
04 - Drop butter in same pan, toss in garlic.
05 - Add chicken back, stir to cover with mixture.
06 - In separate pan, warm butter, briefly cook garlic.
07 - Add cream with stock, let simmer gently.
08 - Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens nicely.
09 - Stir noodles into the creamy mixture thoroughly.
10 - Scoop pasta into dishes, place chicken chunks on top.
11 - Scatter herbs over meal, add extra butter if wanted.
