# Ingredients:

03 - 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 60 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 60 g Greek yogurt
06 - 30 ml honey or maple syrup
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Add-ins

08 - 75 g fresh or frozen blueberries
09 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder until well incorporated.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
03 - Carefully fold the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring they remain whole.
04 - Slowly add the dry ingredient blend to the wet mixture, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
05 - Portion the mixture using a tablespoon and roll each portion into compact balls using your hands.
06 - Arrange the bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to set.
07 - Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer preservation.
