Quick Beef Stroganoff (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
02 - 1/4 cup butter.
03 - 6 oz egg noodles.
04 - 1 lb ground beef.
05 - 1 cup beef broth.
06 - 1 1/4 cups milk.
07 - 1/4 cup flour.
08 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil egg noodles following the instructions on the package, then drain and keep them aside.
02 - Heat a skillet and cook the beef until it’s not pink anymore, about 6-8 minutes. Take out any excess grease if needed.
03 - In the same pan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for two minutes while continuously stirring.
04 - Slowly pour in the broth and milk while whisking, cooking until it thickens, which takes roughly 7-10 minutes.
05 - Toss in salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
06 - Stir the noodles, ground beef, and sour cream into the sauce until everything is warmed up.

# Notes:

01 - Pick lean beef so you might skip draining.
02 - Stick to 6 oz of noodles for the best consistency.
03 - You can swap in Greek yogurt instead of sour cream if you’d like.
