Tasty Hawaiian Roll Beef Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls.
02 - 1/4 cup mayo.
03 - 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish.
04 - 1/2 pound sliced provolone/Swiss.
05 - 1/2 pound thinly sliced roast beef.
06 - 1/2 cup softened onions.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - Chopped parsley.
12 - 2 cups beef broth.
13 - 2 tablespoons butter.
14 - 1 garlic clove.
15 - 1.5 tablespoons flour.
16 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire.
17 - 1-2 teaspoons beef base.
18 - Fresh thyme.
19 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut rolls and quickly toast them under the broiler.
02 - Combine mayo with horseradish and smear on the bottom half.
03 - Add cheese first, then beef, onions, and another cheese layer.
04 - Spread remaining horseradish-mayo mix and put the tops on.
05 - Pour seasoned melted butter over everything.
06 - Cover and bake 20 minutes, then uncover for 5-8 minutes more.
07 - Cook minced garlic in melted butter for the jus.
08 - Stir in flour, pour in broth, add flavorings and let bubble gently.
09 - Pour jus through strainer and serve alongside warm sandwiches.
