Effortless Chicken Avocado Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cheese slices.
02 - Butter for grilling.
03 - 1 avocado, sliced.
04 - Salt and pepper.
05 - 2 chicken breasts.
06 - 1 small red onion.
07 - 4 bread slices.
08 - 1 tomato.
09 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
11 - 2 tablespoons mayo.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Fry it in oil about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Set aside to rest, then slice it up thin.
02 - Chop up the avocado, tomato, and onion. Get the cheese slices ready to go.
03 - Spread mustard and mayo over the bread. Stack the chicken slices, tomato, onion, avocado, and cheese on top.
04 - Warm a pan with butter. Cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until the outsides are toasty and the cheese is gooey. Press the top gently with a spatula while cooking.
05 - Let them cool down just a bit, slice each sandwich in half, and enjoy while they're still warm.
