Apple Cinnamon Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
02 - 2 tablespoons water.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - 1/2 cup milk.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
11 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
12 - 1 large apple, peeled and chopped.
13 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
14 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
15 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
16 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven ready at 350°F. Prepare an 8.5x4.5" loaf pan.
02 - Stir together the dry stuff in a bowl.
03 - Whip the butter with both sugars and vanilla till fluffy and light.
04 - Mix in the eggs, but only one at a time.
05 - Take turns adding the milk and flour blend while mixing.
06 - Combine the apple filling ingredients in a separate bowl.
07 - Add a layer of batter, top with apple mixture, then lightly swirl.
08 - Spread out the rest of the batter on top, adding more apple mixture.
09 - Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix over the top.
10 - Put it in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes. It's ready when done.
11 - Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, then drizzle on the glaze.

# Notes:

01 - Cut the apples into medium or small cubes.
02 - Go easy on the swirling to maintain layers.
03 - Line with parchment for easy lift-out.
04 - It stays good for about 2-3 days at room temp.
