Air Fryer Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Filling

02 - ½ cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 16 slices pepperoni

→ Topping and Flavoring

05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Open the biscuit dough can and separate the pieces. Flatten each piece slightly into a disk approximately 8 cm in diameter.
02 - Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough round. Add 2 slices of pepperoni and a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch together to form a sealed ball, ensuring there are no gaps.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture evenly over each sealed dough ball.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. Arrange pizza bombs in the basket with space between each. Lightly brush with olive oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove pizza bombs and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure dough is well sealed to prevent filling leakage during air frying.
