Open the biscuit dough can and separate the pieces. Flatten each piece slightly into a disk approximately 8 cm in diameter.

Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each dough round. Add 2 slices of pepperoni and a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch together to form a sealed ball, ensuring there are no gaps.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture evenly over each sealed dough ball.

Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. Arrange pizza bombs in the basket with space between each. Lightly brush with olive oil. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove pizza bombs and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
